⬢ CURRENCY: All our store prices are in Euros (€).
⬢ FEES: Theres no fees for the payments/trasactions.
⬢ PRICES: We strive to provide a quality hassle-free service where you can find everything you want in just one place. We don't collect values beyond the value of the articles and shipping costs.
⬢ MINIMUM ORDER: At this moment we don´t have any minimum order, you only buy what you need, in the future if theres any reason for a change we will do it.
⬢ BULK SALES: We are not interested in resseling, so please dont ask for discounts for big quantities or any bulk deals.
⬢ ERRORS AND MISTAKES: As humans we sometimes make mistakes, before placing negative feedback please communicate with us, get in touch and explain the situation. We will find a solution.
⬢ RESPONSABILITY: Our store isn't responsible for any choices made by the buyer. The buyer is free to make his own choices and is equally responsible for them.
Parts Condition:
⬢ NEW: New Parts are shiny, taken mainly straight from new Sets and never played with. They can have minor scuffing from rubbing against each other inside the Set. Our Lego is handled with obsessive care in a smoke free, pet free, dust free, dry environment.
⬢ USED: Used Parts are bought from different sources, they are not washed, may be dirty, may have nicks and may be yellowed! If you want Used parts like NEW, please buy NEW instead.
⬢ MOLD VARIANTS: Over the years, LEGO has been changing slightly their molds to a point where it is inglorious to keep them apart. Since things in this matter are only getting worse, we may not distinguish some Mold Variations where we find there is no relevant difference. Our aim is to source the typical builder not the Catalog Purist. This doesn't mean however that if you buy an expensive rare part we will send its more common and cheaper identical variant! Please ask before you make an order or Legal Condition may apply!
⬢ COLORS: Lego colors are not consistent. Among a multitude of examples, current snowy White versus vintage vanilla White. LEGO says they are within their «Tolerance Parameters» and we oblige. Therefore we don't distinguish these color variations.
⬢ COLOR DISCOLORATION: Since we sell used Lego some times the pieces could present some color discoloration because of the years of use or just because of the time, we do our best to present parts with minor color discoloration but this happen and can be more visible mainly on white, blue and grey parts.
⬢ STICKERS: It is not possible for us to guarantee that all stickers are fully centered or if there is any variation in the direction in which they were placed on the piece. We do our best to ensure that all parts with stickers are in conditions that can be reused, discarding all stickers that are not in condition on the parts.
Legal Conditions:
⬢ CANCELLING (ORDER, ITEMS): Please choose your items carefully before finalising your order. By placing your order you are entering into a legally binding contract, and we expect you to follow through with the purchase. We don't accept removing items from an order and will not cancel orders due to buyers "pressing the wrong button", "making a mistake", "ordering the wrong item", "my child made the order when I was away", "finding it cheaper elsewhere", "had second thoughts", "system problem" or any other invalid reason. ⬢ PAYPAL REFUNDS New TOS: According to Paypal new TOS, refund of comissions (fees) won't apply any longer. So, e.g., if you made a payment of 100 EUR, you will receive a refund of about 95 EUR.
⬢ CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES: Fr om outside EU may have to pay Customs charges in their country. This is outside of our control and is Buyer's responsibility. Please inform next to your Government Customs agency or seek online for how much could be expected.
⬢ EU LAWS: We comply to Decreto-lei nº 24/2014 wich transposed the EU Directiv nº 2011/83/UE with regard to EU buyers.
⬢ PROBLEMS: In the rare instance we can make a mistake or the order is incorrect, we will endeavour to fix it as soon as possible. Communication is key.
⬢ RETURNS: If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, for some plausible reason, the buyer pays return shipping and a 25% restocking fee is charged. The remaining balance will be refunded in either store credit or through buyer payment method used in purchase. If the product was damaged during shipping, and the buyer purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
If theres no insurance coverage on your order, the buyer is responsible for replacing damaged pieces.
