Shipping Policy
⬢ TRACKING: Tracking is present in every shipping method. You will receive the tracking number on the Drive Thru message (the message you receive to tell you that your order has been shipped).
⬢ INSURANCE: Insurance is optional and have a associated cost of 3.50€ and cover orders up to 500€, if theres no insurance request, we are not responsible for delivery.
⬢ PACKGING: All orders are packed carefully and with sufficient protection and because of enviromental awareness we can use reuse shipping materials (in perfect conditions) whenever possible, without compromising the quality of the packaging. After de package has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for damage that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment. Whenever this occurs the buyer must file a complaint with the carrier and let us know so that we can also take action with the carrier in order to find a solution faster.
⬢ SHIPPING TIME: We try to process orders as quickly as possible and most orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is cleared. Many ship within the same day, if the payment is cleared some payment methods take more time to clear then others. And it will mostly depend of the size (number of Lots) of the order. Also on Holiday seasons expect some delays. Please do not mistake Shipping Time with Delivery Time, see below.
⬢ DELIVERY TIME: Although we usually ship very fast, we have no control over delivery times, because, even in Europe, Customs can take a long time to release the packages and will not update Tracking info until they do so. Please allow at least 15 days (30 days for overseas) before start worrying. The Postal services will only initiate an investigation after 30 days of Shipping.
⬢ Unregistered Mail: Although we don´t recommend this shipping option, but since it is so requested by our customers, the option is available only inside Portugal. We are not responsible in any way for orders loss, damages or any situation related to the transport of the orders, if you want more security choose the registered shipping option that we recommend.
